General Submission Guidelines
- Entries are limited and the deadline to submit your film is 25th of March 2026, 10 PM IST. Any film submitted after this will be firmly rejected.
- Please note that only fully filled entry forms will be accepted.
- The film should have been released/unreleased between January 1, 2023, and February 2026.
- Subtitles are required for films of all languages.
- The production house should submit an NOC (No Objection Certificate). A film submitted without NOC will not be accepted.
- Please make sure the links are accessible and open to the person viewing it.
- Make sure to submit a high-definition poster of your film for publicity at least 20 days before the festival.
Awards & Recognition
- Winners will receive trophies and certificates. (There are no cash prizes).
- Each film will receive a participation certificate.
- Only the films selected by the jury will be shown to the audience during the 2 days.
- Only one documentary and web-series will win an award as the best in category.
Film Specifications
- Short film length should be maximum of 30 minutes with start to end title.
- Subtitles are compulsory.
- No banner registration and Censor Certificate required.
- The person submitting the film is not the producer then they should provide a NOC from the producer.
Submission Rules
- Submission fee is non-refundable.
- Anybody can submit one or more than one entry. There is no limit for submission.
- Multiple entries can be submitted, but with separate entry forms, each film is considered as new entry.
- The competition is open for professional as well as students.
- Short film, Web Series, Documentary once registered cannot be withdrawn for any reason.
Jury & Decision Making
- Juries will be veteran filmmakers, and their decision should be considered final.
- All juries will be veterans of Indian film industry.
- The decisions taken by the juries will be considered as final.
Legal & Authority
- The entire authority of this festival shall remain with the main organizer Bhagwan Sanskrutik Creation and Social Foundation, Kolhapur.
- The format, scope and other related decision-making rights of the award ceremony is reserved for the main organizer of the film festival.
- It should be noted that no legal action shall be taken against the organizer in connection to the festival.
- No legal action to be taken against the juries and the film festival itself.
